I've had the pleasure of working for great brands such as Dior, Louis Vuitton and Dolce & Gabana

I am Melody, 22 years old and I am currently in the first year of my studies at Hotelschool the Hague in Amsterdam.

The reason I only started studying when I was 22 is that I worked as a model for 4 years. I lived in Paris and I traveled for jobs all over the world, to places like Milan, London, New York and Japan. I’ve had the pleasure of working for great brands such as Dior, Louis Vuitton and Dolce & Gabana, so I look back on my career with great pleasure and pride.

After a few years I was ready for a new adventure. I got the idea to open a restaurant in Paris later. What is the perfect study for that? Hotel school! I am very happy with the choice to study here and I look forward to all the future opportunities that the study offers me.

Future plans

At the moment opening my own restaurant is my main goal, but who knows what the future will bring. In any case, I am very motivated to make the best of my future. I think my modeling has shaped me into who I am today. Most of all, it made me independent, gave me perseverance and I found out how much I can achieve if I work hard for it.

The collaboration with Catching Colours

I have always enjoyed working with Catching Colours. The team consists of sweet & hard working guys who know what they want. I walk around 24/7 in the sweater that I have, the products are great! In short, I would definitely recommend Catching Colours as a brand. The quality is good and the team is happy to work towards their goal, I enjoy working on that!
